The Varin® Smart ceiling light has a refreshing summer mode. In this mode, the fan rotates so that cool air is blown from above to below. This keeps the room at a pleasant temperature during the warm summer months.

This ceiling fan also has a convenient winter mode. In this mode, the fan reverses the airflow, blowing the warm air that has risen to the ceiling back down. This ensures comfortable and efficient heating of your room during the cold winter months

Using the remote control or the free Tuya app via Wi-Fi, you can fully adjust and dim the light color and brightness. You can also set a timer to turn the light on and off automatically. This ceiling light can even wake you up by automatically turning the light and/or fan on at a preset time. Conversely, it can automatically turn the light and/or fan off when you go to sleep.

White light
The preset white-light shades—warm light (3000K), neutral white light (4000K) and cool light (5000K)—can be switched on using the wall switch. These white-light shades can also be fully adjusted/dimmed using the remote control or the app.

The following information explains what the different white-light shades are used for. With the Varin® LED ceiling lamp, all these white-light shades can be easily switched on, all with one lamp.

3000K gives us a warm feeling; used in homes, restaurants and hotels
3000–3500K creates a space ranging from cozy to more productive; used in hallways and kitchens
3500–4500K makes us productive; used in offices and warehouses
4500–6500K when we want the brightest light; used in hospitals, garages and laboratories

Super-quiet fan
The built-in fan can be operated using the remote control and/or the app. This ceiling fan is designed to make as little noise as possible, from 20 dB on setting 1 to 35 dB on setting 6. The summer mode can cool the room, while the winter mode brings warm air down from the ceiling. By circulating the air, the entire room is ventilated as effectively as possible. This creates the 3D air effect, so you can feel the airflow.

Lamp control
The ceiling lamp can be controlled with a wall switch, remote control, and/or app. The wall switch is used to turn the lamp on or off. The app offers more setting options and allows you to set the timer function. The remote control can also be used for frequently used light settings and to control the fan.

* All functions also work when the device being used is connected to a different network (for when you are away from home). The lamp must remain powered, by switching it (automatically) off with the app or remote control rather than with the wall switch.

The lamp can be controlled via the app by multiple devices simultaneously after it has been paired once with the Tuya app using the network's Wi-Fi login details. After pairing once, the lamp can be controlled via the app from anywhere, as long as the device being used is connected to a mobile network or any Wi-Fi network. The lamp must remain connected to the power supply; do not switch it off with the wall switch. Switch it on and off (automatically) via the app or remote control.

Tip: The lamp is easy to connect to the terminal blocks: blue to blue and brown to brown. Make sure the cables are pushed firmly into the terminals!
