The Varin® Smart ceiling light has a refreshing summer mode. In this mode, the fan rotates so that cool air is blown from above downwards. This keeps the room at a pleasant temperature during the warm summer months.

This ceiling fan also has a convenient winter mode. In this mode, the fan reverses the airflow, blowing the warm air that has risen to the ceiling back down. This ensures comfortable and efficient heating of your room during the cold winter months.

Using the remote control or the free Tuya app via Wi-Fi, you can fully adjust and dim the light colour and brightness. You can also set a timer to turn the lamp on and off automatically. This ceiling light can even wake you up by automatically switching the light and/or fan on at a preset time. Conversely, the light and/or fan can be switched off automatically when you go to sleep.

White light
The standard white-light shades—warm light (3000K), neutral white light (4000K), and cool light (6000K)—can be turned on with the wall switch. These white-light shades can also be fully adjusted/dimmed with the remote control or app.

The information below explains what the different white-light shades are used for. The Varin® LED ceiling light can easily produce all these white-light shades, all with a single lamp.

3000K gives us a warm feeling; used in homes, restaurants, and hotels
3000–3500K transforms a cozy space into a more productive one; used in hallways and kitchens
3500–4500K makes us productive; used in offices and warehouses
4500–6000K for when we want the brightest light; used in hospitals, garages, and laboratories

Super-quiet fan
The built-in fan can be operated via the remote control and/or the app. This ceiling fan is designed to produce as little noise as possible, from 30 dB on setting 1 to 55 dB on setting 6. The summer mode can cool the room, while the winter mode brings warm air down from the ceiling. By circulating the air, the entire room is ventilated as effectively as possible. This creates the 3D air effect, so you can feel the airflow.

Lamp operation
The ceiling lamp can be operated with the wall switch, remote control, and/or app. The wall switch is used to turn the lamp on or off. The app offers more adjustment options and allows you to set the timer function. The remote control can also be used for common lighting settings and to operate the fan.

* All functions also work when the device used for operation is connected to a different network (for when you are away from home), but the lamp must remain powered on by switching it (automatically) off with the app or remote control, not with the wall switch.

The lamp can be operated via the app by multiple devices simultaneously after it has been paired once with the Tuya app using the network’s Wi-Fi login. After pairing once, the lamp can be operated via the app from anywhere, provided the device used for operation is connected to a mobile network or any Wi-Fi network. The lamp must remain powered on; do not switch it off with the wall switch. Turn it on and off (automatically) via the app or remote control.

Tip: The lamp is easy to connect to the terminal blocks: blue to blue, brown to brown, and yellow/green to yellow/green. Make sure the cables are pushed firmly into the terminals!
